Yes, removing the lid often results in major heat loss which can result in longer, inefficient cooking times. Stirring or turning foods is often not necessary when cooking, roasting, or baking.

We do not recommend attempting to cook frozen foods without firstly thawing them. Some AROMA® countertop oven models include a Defrost function to optimally thaw out frozen foods before cooking them.

No,  It should not be used for melting wax. The roaster oven is designed only for cooking food.

No, we would not recommend using any Oven bag in the roaster oven.

Your product’s model number is a 6-7 character code in the format of XXX-XXXX and can be found on the manufacturer’s sticker on the back side or bottom of your appliance. Countertop oven model numbers will begin with “ART” followed by a hyphen and 3-4 numbers and/or letters.

Do not reheat food using the Warm heat setting. Warm should only be used after a food has been throughly cooked. Food must be heated to an appropriate temperature before reheating in order to prevent bacterial growth while using Warm.

Due to its manufacturing process, your new AROMA® roaster oven requires you to heat the unit without any food inside to rid of any emitted odors and smoke. This is normal and will not affect your prepared foods if you carefully follow the steps in the “Before First Use” section of your product manual before attempting to cook foods in your roaster oven.
