Ingredients

  • 1 lb spicy smoked sausage, cut into ¼” half moons
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups rice
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced green chilis
  • 4 tbsp creole seasoning

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your rice cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Close the lid and select the WHITE RICE mode.
  3. When the cooking cycle is complete, stir and serve warm.
