Air Fryer Fruit Ricotta Toast

  • 4 slices of sourdough
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (berries, peaches, etc.), sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herb


  1. Spread a thin layer of softened butter on each slice of bread.
  2. Add a generous layer of ricotta cheese on top of the buttered bread.
  3. Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 6 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the ricotta is slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and top with sliced fruits.
  6. Drizzle honey over the fruit-topped toast.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
