Ingredients

  • 32 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 5 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add cake flour, salt, and mix until combined.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, followed by applesauce and vanilla bean paste, then stir in heavy cream.
  3. Line the rice cooker pot with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
  4. Select the “Cake” function and cook for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Let it cool in the rice cooker for 10 minutes, remove, and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
