Arugula Prosciutto Naan Pizza

- 1 frozen naan bread
- 2 tbsp pesto
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 mushroom, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 1 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- balsamic glaze for topping
Directions
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the naan bread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Place sliced mushrooms evenly.
- Brush a thin layer of olive oil on your air fryer glass bowl, place the naan pizza on it.
- Set the air fryer for 8 minutes. Close the lid and cook until the timer finishes.
- In a large bowl, toss the baby arugula with the remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the naan pizza is done, remove it from the air fryer and cut it into triangular pieces.
- Top the pizza with the arugula salad and thinly sliced prosciutto.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
- Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
