Arugula Prosciutto Naan Pizza

  • 1 frozen naan bread
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • balsamic glaze for topping


  1. Spread pesto sauce evenly over the naan bread. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Place sliced mushrooms evenly.
  2. Brush a thin layer of olive oil on your air fryer glass bowl, place the naan pizza on it.
  3. Set the air fryer for 8 minutes. Close the lid and cook until the timer finishes.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the baby arugula with the remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Once the naan pizza is done, remove it from the air fryer and cut it into triangular pieces.
  6. Top the pizza with the arugula salad and thinly sliced prosciutto.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  8. Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
