Beef Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  •  ½ head cabbage, shred
  •  ½ lb. ground beef
  •  ½ sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, mines
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • green onion, garnishes

Directions

  1. Preheat rice cooker with Sauté-and-Simmer STS, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onion for 1 minutes.
  2. Add beef and stir until beef turn browned.
  3. Add the cabbage and continue to stir until cabbage is slightly wilted. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Turn off the rice cooker.
  4. Top with green onion then serve.
