Breakfast Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 sliced ham
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix egg, salt, and pepper to taste
  2. In each slot, add about 1 tbsp of ham,1 tbsp of bell pepper and a sprinkle of cheese.
  3. Pour over egg mixture into each slot leaving some room at the top.
  4. Add 1 cup of hot water into the 20-cup rice cooker inner pot, then carefully add the egg bit tray into the inner pot. Set steam for 15 min.
