Gluten-Free Salmon Mayo Rice Roll

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup can salmon
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 rice paper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, salmon, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well & thoroughly.
- Soak each rice paper sheet in beaten egg for a few seconds until softened.
- Place a small portion of salmon rice mixture in the center of the rice paper.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to form a sealed rice roll.
- Place the rice rolls in a single layer in the Aroma Air Fryer glass basket. Cook at 375ºF for 15 minutes*, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or tamari for dipping.
