Gluten-Free Salmon Mayo Rice Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup can salmon
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3 rice paper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, salmon, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well & thoroughly.
  2. Soak each rice paper sheet in beaten egg for a few seconds until softened.
  3. Place a small portion of salmon rice mixture in the center of the rice paper.
  4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to form a sealed rice roll.
  5. Place the rice rolls in a single layer in the Aroma Air Fryer glass basket. Cook at 375ºF for 15 minutes*, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with soy sauce or tamari for dipping.
