Grilled Rice Dog

  • 4 sausages
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 pieces roast seaweed


  1. Cook 2 cups of rice in your rice cooker. Let the cooked rice cool until you can handle.
  2. Lay rice onto a plastic wrap in a thin layer. Place seaweed, cheese and sausage. Then wrap and pack the ingredients tightly into a roll shape.
  3. Twist and tightly seal the plastic wrap around to keep everything together.
  4. Preheat the Grillet to 375°F, unwrap the rice dog, and grill until all sides are crispy and lightly browned. Work on one side at a time and avoid turning over frequently, which may end up breaking into pieces.
  5. Once all nicely toasted and lightly brown, take them out and enjoy with your favorite sauces.
