Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spicy smoked sausage
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups rice
  • 3 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced green chilis
  • 4 tbsp Creole seasoning.

Directions

  1. Cut the smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, then into 1/4” half circles.
  2. Add all ingredients to the inner pot and mix well.
  3. Place the inner pot in the cooker and close the lid.
  4. Select the White Rice function.
  5. The cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm once the meal is ready
