One Pot Beefy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup pasta (penne, fusilli, etc.)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add ground beef, red onion, tomatoes, pasta, marinara sauce, water, heavy cream to the rice cooker.
  2. Press the switch and let the rice cooker boil. Once it starts boiling, open the lid.
    Stir in salt and pepper occasionally while cooking, ensuring the pasta doesn’t stick.
  3. Once the rice cooker finishes, stir in chili pepper, Parmesan cheese, and basil.
    Let it sit for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Garnish with more Parmesan cheese, basil and serve.
