Pork Belly Wrapped Spam & Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 can Spam, cut into cubes
  • 16 slices pork belly (thinly sliced)
  • Teriyaki sauce (for brushing)

Directions

  1. Season cooked rice with sesame oil and mix well.
  2. Form rice balls around Spam cubes.
  3. Weave pork belly slices into a sheet, then wrap each rice ball.
  4. Place wrapped rice balls in the air fryer basket and brush with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Air fry at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. (Aroma® Glass Air Fryer’s default temperature is 375ºF.)
  6. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
