Seafood Boil

Ingredients

  • 2 lb unsalted butter
  • 2 cup garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ lb small gold potatoes
  • 1 corn on the cob, cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 link smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ lb mussels
  • ½ lb snow crab

Directions

  1. Add all the butter to rice cooker, turn on the rice cooker to melt the butter. bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in all the seasoning, mix well.
  3.  Add the sausage in, put corn and potato on the steam tray, and place the steam rack on top. Close the lid and let it boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out the steam tray, add in the seafood cook for 5 minutes or until they cooked.
  5. Take out the seafood from the pot and enjoy with lime.
