We feel roaster ovens particularly shine during the holiday season each year! By cooking with your roaster oven, you’re instantly freeing up oven space to cook multiple other dishes for large family meals. Roaster ovens are also far more efficient than cooking in a traditional oven due to its smaller, more compact size, and uses less energy than an oven! Your roaster oven doesn’t stop its usefulness at roasting large meats–with the included cooking pan, you can simmer soups, stews, and other broth-based dishes. Finally, you can place a heat-safe dish filled with cake batter, bread dough, brownie mix, or pie ingredients on top of the roasting rack to bake a variety of desserts to perfection!
Due to its manufacturing process, your new AROMA® roaster oven requires you to heat the unit without any food inside to rid of any emitted odors and smoke. This is normal and will not affect your prepared foods if you carefully follow the steps in the “Before First Use” section of your product manual before attempting to cook foods in your roaster oven.
