Items purchased on this website, www.aromaco.com may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for a refund less the shipping charges.
The item must be received by Aroma Housewares prior to the issue of the refund. The item must be in new and unused condition with original packaging intact and box unopened.
Shipping to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Excludes U.S. territories.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All deliveries are shipped with tracking numbers which are provided to you once the order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order.
All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Aroma reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
Aroma only ships to the US at present. Our products are also available in-store through our retail partners in the US.

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Aromaco.com. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.
To initiate a return, fill out the return request form on this page. All return requests are subject to approval and must be made within 30 days from the date you received the item. The actual item returned will still go through a final evaluation process before your refund can be processed. Upon review of your request, you may be subject to return the item at your expense. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item plus any applicable taxes collected. Aroma does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
