  • 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple rings

  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1 cup purple onion, chopped

  • 1 large tomato, sliced

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

  • 4 slices American cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 brioche burger buns

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp salt

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix chopped onion and salt and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with water then drain.

  2. Mix together the ground beef and salted onion. Shape beef into four patties.

  3. Preheat Grillet to 450°F, place beef patties on the griddle side and pineapple rings on the grill side. Grill pineapple rings for 2 minutes each side then remove from the grill.

  4. Grill hamburger patties for 5 minutes each side then place 1 slice of Swiss cheese and 1 slice of American cheese on each of the patties. Cook for another 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the brioche buns. Place the buns on the grill side of your Grillet to toast until brown.

  6. On the griddle side, crack your eggs and cook sunny-side up.

  7. Top the bottom bun with cucumber, hamburger patties, tomatoes, grilled pineapple and a sunny-side up egg. We recommend serving with either honey mustard sauce or BBQ sauce!
