Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup blueberry yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cup blueberries


  1. Mix together the oats, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl then set aside.

  2. In a different bowl, whisk together the blueberry yogurt, eggs, melted butter, and milk until combined.

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Once incorporated, fold the blueberries into the mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into the cooking pan.

  5. Set the air fryer on HIGH and cook for 25 minutes.

  6. When the cycle is done, let the oats cool for 15 minutes and serve warm with maple syrup and whipping cream if desired.
