Beef Pepper Rice Sizzle in Whatever Pot
2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb shaved beef steak
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- Place grill pan on Whatever Pot. Melt 1 tbsp butter with Medium heat. Add onion, and 2 cups of cooked rice in the middle of the pan, then add the beef around the rice.
- Add the corn on top of rice and then place 1 tbsp butter on top and season with black pepper.
- Pour Teriyaki sauce in, let it sizzle for 5 minutes.
- Toss all the ingredients together until evenly combined and continue to cook and “sizzle” for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the beef has cooked to your preferred doneness.
