Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 soy sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions

  1. Trim all or most of the fat off the ribeye then slice it into 1/4” strips.

  2. Add all marinade ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Place the ribeye strips into the bowl, making sure every strip is coated.

  4. Refrigerate uncovered for 24 hours, stirring the meat about every 8 hours to ensure that every piece is effectively marinated.

  5. After marinating, remove the strips from the marinade and place them on the dehydrator rack(s).

  6. Dry for approximately 3 hours at 155°F then store at room temperature.
