- 1 tube jumbo biscuit dough
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 4 tsp very coarse sea salt, for garnishing
- In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add baking soda, then reduce to a simmer.
- Open the biscuit dough tube.
- Take two biscuits and form them into one dough ball.
- Roll the dough ball on the counter to make an 18-inch rope.
- Shape the dough into pretzels or any desired shape. Set aside.
- Repeat steps 3-5 for all dough, making 4 pretzels.
- Gently place pretzels one by one into simmering water. Boil for 30 seconds on each side, then remove.
- Put pretzels in the air fryer, sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of salt, and close the lid.
- Plug in the air fryer, turn it to HIGH, and set the timer for 23 minutes.
- After about 20 minutes, check through the lid. If needed, rotate pretzels using silicone-tipped tongs.
- Finish cooking with the lid closed.
- When the timer sounds, open the lid, use tongs to take out pretzels. Let them cool briefly, then enjoy!
