  • 1 tube jumbo biscuit dough
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp very coarse sea salt, for garnishing

  1. In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add baking soda, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Open the biscuit dough tube.
  3. Take two biscuits and form them into one dough ball.
  4. Roll the dough ball on the counter to make an 18-inch rope.
  5. Shape the dough into pretzels or any desired shape. Set aside.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all dough, making 4 pretzels.
  7. Gently place pretzels one by one into simmering water. Boil for 30 seconds on each side, then remove.
  8. Put pretzels in the air fryer, sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of salt, and close the lid.
  9. Plug in the air fryer, turn it to HIGH, and set the timer for 23 minutes.
  10. After about 20 minutes, check through the lid. If needed, rotate pretzels using silicone-tipped tongs.
  11. Finish cooking with the lid closed.
  12. When the timer sounds, open the lid, use tongs to take out pretzels. Let them cool briefly, then enjoy!
