Butterfly Pea Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 5 cups water

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup dry butterfly pea flower

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice


Directions

  1. Add water and sugar into the kettle then bring to a boil.

  2. When the cycle is done, open the lid and add the dry butterfly pea flower. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

  3. Strain the flowers from the liquid.

  4. Add 1 tsp lemon juice to the cup. Pour over ice and more dried butterfly pea tea and serve!
