Butterfly Pea Lemonade
5 cups water
½ cup sugar
½ cup dry butterfly pea flower
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add water and sugar into the kettle then bring to a boil.
When the cycle is done, open the lid and add the dry butterfly pea flower. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the flowers from the liquid.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice to the cup. Pour over ice and more dried butterfly pea tea and serve!
