Cauliflower & White Bean Soup

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 can of white beans, drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, mined
  • 6 cups vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Preheat your rice cooker using Sauté-then-Simmer STS and heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Add garlic and cauliflower and sauté until brown. 
  2. Add vegetable stock, white bean, and a pinch of salt and close the lid. Set the rice cooker go to simmer mode. 
  3. When the cooking cycle has ended, add cream and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Pour into bowls and serve hot!
