Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks

  • 8.5 oz cauliflower rice

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup cheddar jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated.

  2. Line your air fryer pan with parchment paper so the edges of the paper come up the side of the dish, making it easy to lift the breadsticks out when they are done.

  3. Put the cauliflower mixture into the lined air fryer pan and smooth it to an even layer with a flat top.

  4. Set the air fryer for HIGH and the timer for 10 minutes.

  5. Close the lid and let cook until the timer goes off.

  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for at least 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer by lifting out the parchment paper.

  7. While on a cutting board, cut the sheet of the cauliflower mixture into 16 breadsticks.

  8. Let finish cooling until at a good handling temperature. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
