Cranberry Pecan Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 bag cubed stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard

Directions

  1. Toss the cubed stuffing, dried cranberries, golden raisins and pecans into the inner pot.
  2. In a separate medium sized bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter and egg.
  3. Pour the whisked mixture in the inner pot then gently fold together with the stuffing.
  4. Select the Slow Cook function and cook for about 2 hours or until the middle is completely set.
