Ingredients

  • 1 bag cubed stuffing
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard

Directions

  1. Place the cubed stuffing, dried cranberries, golden raisins, and chopped pecans into the inner pot.
  2. In a separate medium-sized bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Pour the whisked mixture into the inner pot and gently fold it together with the stuffing mixture.
  4. Select the Slow Cook function on your cooker and cook for about 2 hours or until the middle is completely set
