Creamy Alfredo Sausage Spaghetti One-Pot

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 link apple chicken sausage, sliced
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh pea
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Directions
- Select the Sauté-then-Simmer® (STS) mode in Aroma rice cooker and let it heat up.
- Add olive oil and sausage. Cook until browned.
- Add spaghetti, chicken broth, alfredo sauce, spinach, peas, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if preferred). Stir to combine.
- Close the rice cooker lid. Allow the cooker to run through a full cooking cycle under STS mode.
- Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and stir.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
