Creamy Alfredo Sausage Spaghetti One-Pot

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 link apple chicken sausage, sliced
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh pea
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)


  1. Select the Sauté-then-Simmer® (STS) mode in Aroma rice cooker and let it heat up.
  2. Add olive oil and sausage. Cook until browned.
  3. Add spaghetti, chicken broth, alfredo sauce, spinach, peas, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if preferred). Stir to combine.
  4. Close the rice cooker lid. Allow the cooker to run through a full cooking cycle under STS mode.
  5. Once the cycle is complete, open the lid and stir.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
