Creamy Mushroom Macaroni
1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni
3 slices of bacon, chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups spinach
1 cup milk
Place all ingredients except the spinach into the inner pot and press White Rice to begin cooking.
When the cycle is completed, open the lid using caution due to escaped steam and toss in the spinach. Stir well.
The cooker will automatically enter Keep Warm mode. Let the mixture cook on Keep Warm for about 10 minutes or until the spinach has wilted and soaked in the flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy!
