Creamy Mushroom Macaroni

  • 1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni
  • 3 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Place the elbow macaroni, chopped bacon, chopped sweet onion, cream of mushroom soup, and milk into the inner pot of your cooker.
  2. Press the “White Rice” function to begin cooking.
  3. When the cooking cycle is completed, carefully open the lid and toss in the spinach. Stir well.
  4. The cooker will automatically enter “Keep Warm” mode. Let the mixture cook on “Keep Warm” for about 10 minutes or until the spinach has wilted and soaked in the flavor.
  5. Serve the creamy bacon and spinach macaroni hot and enjoy!
