Creamy Spinach Dip

  • 20 oz baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper for taste


  1. Pour a half pot of water into the inner pot, use STS to boil the water

  2. When water boiling, cook spinach for 30 seconds. Drain and cold down with running cold water. When cool enough to handle, drain and squeeze out excess water

  3. After clean your inner pot, use STS melt butter. Add onion and cook until soft and then add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add almond milk, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese to the inner pot. Close the lib simmer until cream cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper

  5. Add spinach stir to combine
