Garlic Butter Shrimp Rice

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • ½ lb peeled shrimp
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • cucumber, carrot for garnish


  1. Marinade shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn on the rice cooker, melt butter with garlic, stirring very frequently.
  3. Add rice  and mix until well combined. Add chicken stock, top with shrimp. Close the lid.
  4. Once the cooking cycle is done, Garnish with sliced cucumber and shredded carrot. Serve hot.
