Grilled Citrus Chicken with Spicy Basil Chimichurri

Ingredients
Citrus Chicken
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Chimichurri
- 3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Italian parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together all chicken ingredients except chicken until well combined
- Place chicken in the bowl, marinade in refrigerator and let rest for 2 hours
- Combine all the ingredients for the chimichurri in a mixing bowl, sit aside for at least 1 hour
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook on grill for 15 minutes flip halfway or until center reach 165°F
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes, serving with chimichurri
