Grilled Corn Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 8 corn on the cob
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the Gillet to 350°F.
  2. Once heated, place 4 corn on the cob onto the grill, then add 1/4 cup of water and place the lid on.
  3. Allow the corn to cook for 5 minutes, then flip each of them 90 degrees. Once all sides have been grilled, remove from heat and repeat the process with the other 4 corn on the cob.
  4. Brush 4 corns with mayonnaise and dust with cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the top, to taste.
  6. On the other 4 corns, brush with butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
