Grilled Corn Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 8 corn on the cob

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 lime

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup


Directions

  1. Preheat the Gillet in 350°F. Once heated, place 4 corn on the cob into the grill then add 1/4 cup of water and place the lid on.

  2. Allow the corn to cook for 5 minutes then flip each of them 90 degrees. Once all sides have been grilled, remove from heat and repeat the process with the other 4 corn on the cob.

  3. Brush 4 corns with mayonnaise and dust with cheese, chili powder and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over top, to taste.

  4. On the other 4 corns, brush with butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
