Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup dry hibiscus

Directions

  1. Add water and sugar to the kettle and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once the boiling cycle is complete, open the lid and add the dry hibiscus. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
  3. After steeping, strain the hibiscus from the liquid to remove the solids.
  4. Pour the infused hibiscus liquid over ice.
  5. Serve the hibiscus infusion chilled and enjoy!
