- 4 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup dry hibiscus
- Add water and sugar to the kettle and bring it to a boil.
- Once the boiling cycle is complete, open the lid and add the dry hibiscus. Allow it to steep for 10 minutes.
- After steeping, strain the hibiscus from the liquid to remove the solids.
- Pour the infused hibiscus liquid over ice.
- Serve the hibiscus infusion chilled and enjoy!
