Honey Balsamic Glaze Pork Belly
- 4 lb pork belly
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- With a sharp knife, score the pork belly fat side diagonally in a diamond pattern. Season with salt, pepper, rubbing it well into the belly. Place the pork belly into roaster oven.
- In the small bowl, mix all other ingredients. Drizzle the mixture over the pork belly. Close the lid and cook on 350°F for 3 hours.
- While the pork belly is cooked, slice to your desired thickness and serve immediately.
