Honey Balsamic Glaze Pork Belly

  • 4 lb pork belly 
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar 
  • ½ cup chicken stock 
  • ½ cup honey 
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning  
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 


  1. With a sharp knife, score the pork belly fat side diagonally in a diamond pattern. Season with salt, pepper, rubbing it well into the belly. Place the pork belly into roaster oven. 
  2. In the small bowl, mix all other ingredients. Drizzle the mixture over the pork belly. Close the lid and cook on 350°F for 3 hours. 
  3. While the pork belly is cooked, slice to your desired thickness and serve immediately.
