Indoor Slow-Grilled Tender Beef Ribs
- 4 lb beef back ribs
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Combine the wine, soy sauce, olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
- Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Before grilling, bring the ribs to room temperature.
- Preheat the grill to 400°F. Sear the ribs for 2 minutes on each side in the grill.
- Reduce the heat to 300°F. Pour in the remaining mixture, close the lid, and slow cook for approximately 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and serve.
