Mango & Raspberry Fruit Leather

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mango chunks

  • 16 oz. raspberries


Directions

    1. Line 4 drying trays with parchment paper.
    2. Add the mango chunks to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    3. Spread 1/4 of the mango puree onto two of the trays and spread it into a thin layer, approximately 1/4″ thick.
    4. Add the raspberries to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    5. Spread 1/4 of the raspberry puree onto the two remaining trays and spread it into a thin layer, roughly 1/4″ thick.
    6. Dry at 135°F for 6-8 hours until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
    7. Cut the dried fruit leather into strips or pieces and store at room temperature.
