Easy One Pot Salmon Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tbps sake
  • 1 tbps soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbps sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 lb salmon
  • 1/2 tbps butter
  • 2 tbos salmon roe
  • garnish parsley

Directions

  1. Rinse the uncooked rice and add it into the inner pot.
  2. Add sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, mushrooms, and water in and stir lightly.
  3. Place salmon and butter on top.
  4. Close the lid and turn on the rice cooker.
  5. When it’s done, mix everything together and top with salmon roe. Garnish with parsley and serve.
