Pesto Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 3 oz mini Farfalle
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan

Directions

  1. Preheat the rice cooker to melt the butter.
  2. Add Alfredo sauce, milk, pesto, mini Farfalle in, mix well and close the lid to let it cook.
  3. Once the rice cooker turn to KEEP WARM function, open the lid, add spinach and cheese.
  4. Stir until cheese melt and spinach cooked.
  5.  Serve with extra cheese in you want.
