  • 1 lb skinless salmon
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cheddar cheese slices
  • olive oil

  1. Season both sides of each salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly spray the bottom of your air fryer with cooking spray and place salmon inside without letting them overlap.
  3. Set the fryer on HIGH heat setting and set the timer for 15 minutes and allow the salmon to cook.
  4. When the cycle is complete, remove the salmon and place the fillets into a mixing bowl. Using a fork, break apart each fillet completely. The salmon should be flaky enough to do so easily.
  5. Mix in mayonnaise and ketchup and stir thoroughly to combine.
  6. Pour the cooked white rice into the cooking pan of your air fryer and mix with the left over cooked salmon oil and fats.
  7. Add the salmon mixture back to the cooking pan, coating the white rice. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top then set the air fryer to HIGH heat setting and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  8. Once the frying cycle is complete, serve immediately.
