Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 bulb garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cooking wine
  • ¼ tbsp butter, melt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 12*18-inch pieces of parchment paper

Directions

  1. Pad dry salmon fillets and sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the half mince garlic with melted butter, and lemon juice. in another small bowl, mix the other half mince garlic with soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar.
  3. Fold a piece of parchment paper in half crosswise, and center two salmon fillets on one side of the paper. Pour the lemon butter mixture in, and fold the parchment paper over the salmon. Fold the edges of the paper over several times, all around the open edges, to seal the salmon into a parchment paper envelope. Place the sealed envelopes onto the fryer pan.
  4. Follow the last step and finish the garlic soy.
  5. Set the air fryer for HiGH and timer for 12 minutes. Close the lid and let cook until the timer goes off.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and cut open the paper to release the aroma and serve immediately.
