Sautéed Kale Recipe
- 10 oz. kale, chopped
- 1 mini red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Set the wok on LOW. Add in the olive oil and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, bell peppers, kale, and chicken stock to the wok.
- Allow the kale to cook until it has wilted down and becomes soft.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired then serve!
