Sautéed Kale Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. kale, chopped
  • 1 mini red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Set the wok on LOW. Add in the olive oil and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, bell peppers, kale, and chicken stock to the wok.
  3. Allow the kale to cook until it has wilted down and becomes soft.
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired then serve!
