Slow Cooked Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb baby carrot
  • 1 lb baby potato
  • 4 celery ribs
  • 2 cup beef stock
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Pat dry the pork shoulder. Preheat your rice cooker using the Sauté-then-Simmer (STS).
  2. Place the pork shoulder in the inner pot, brown both side for 10 minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients in. Mix well. Reset the rice cooker to Slow Cook HIGH for 3 hours.
  4. Once the slow cooking process is complete, serve hot.
