Slow Cooked Honey Pineapple Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wing
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

 


Directions

  1. Marinate chicken wings with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your Aroma rice cooker using the Sauté-then-Simmer® (STS) mode.
  3. Sear chicken wings on both sides until golden brown, about 8 minutes per side.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients in, toss to coat.
  5. Switch to SLOW COOK mode on low for 2 hours. Serve hot.
