Summer Lemon Mint Syrup

  • 600g raw cane sugar
  • 6 lemons, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup mint, chopped


  1. In the rice cooker, add a layer of lemon slices, then a layer of cane sugar, and then a layer of mint. Repeat the process and finish with a layer of sugar and mint on top.
  2. Turn on the rice cooker using the white rice function. When the cycle is done, let the syrup mixture cool.
  3. After the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a clean glass jar and chill it in the fridge.
  4. Add syrup to ice and sparkling water for a quick refreshing summer drink!
