#1 Honey Mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1½ lb chicken breasts
#2 Lemon Garlic Butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup melt butter
- Juice and zest of 2 lemon
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ lb chicken breasts
#3 Balsamic Herb
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1½ lb chicken breasts
#4 Cilantro Lime
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper flake
- 1½ lb chicken breasts
HOW TO MARINATE?
- Prepare Marinade, combine the marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, giving it a good shake—eliminating the need for extra dishes.
- Marinate Chicken, place the chicken in the ziplock bag with the marinade, securely close it, and gently massage the flavors into the meat. Allow the magic to happen in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to a tantalizing 24 hours.
WAYS TO COOK
*Oven Perfection, preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish or on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake uncovered for approximately 20-25 minutes, adjusting the time based on the chicken’s thickness, until perfectly cooked.
*Sizzling Grilled Delight, preheat your grill to 400°F. Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side, ensuring to close the lid in between flips. For thicker cuts, allow a slightly longer cook time.
*Health Steam, add 1 cup of water to rice cooker, place chicken in rice cooker’s steamer basket over water. Steam for 15-20 mins until internal temp reaches 165°F.
*Air Fryer Bliss, place the chicken in the basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
