WAYS TO COOK

*Oven Perfection, preheat your oven to 375°F. Arrange the salmon in a casserole dish or on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake uncovered for approximately 15-20 minutes, adjusting the time based on the salmon’s thickness, until perfectly cooked.

*Sizzling Grilled Delight, preheat your grill to 375°F. Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side, ensuring to close the lid in between flips. For thicker cuts, allow a slightly longer cook time.

*Health Steam, add 1 cup of water to rice cooker, place salmon in rice cooker’s steamer basket over water. Steam for 10-15 mins until internal temp reaches 165°F.

*Air Fryer Bliss, place the salmon in the basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 7 minutes, flipping halfway or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
