Air Fried Coconut Almond Bliss Bars

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in an oven-safe pan, pressing firmly to create a thick coconut base.
  3. Place the pan in Aroma® Glass Air Fryer and cook base for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
  4. Remove the pan from the air fryer and let it cool down completely.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cooled coconut base.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set completely, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
  8. Once set, remove the coconut chocolate bar from the pan, transfer it to a cutting board, and cut into desired-sized bars.
