Air Fryer Rice Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Divide the cooked rice into two equal portions. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  2. Spread one portion of the cooked rice evenly on the parchment paper to form a crust.
  3. Set the air fryer for 10 minutes. Once done, remove the rice crust from the air fryer and spread half of the marinara sauce over it, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
  5. Add half of your desired toppings over the marinara sauce and cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the air fryer basket back into the air fryer and cook the rice pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy.
  8. Once cooked, carefully remove the rice pizza from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.

Repeat the steps to make the second pizza with the remaining ingredients. Allow the pizzas to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
