Banana Bread Made Easy

  • 3 soft brown bananas
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  1. Put bananas, butter and sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients then slowly mix with wet mixture.
  3. Grease the inner pot with butter, add batter. Click Cake function to cook. If your rice cooker doesn’t have Cake function just use White Rice function. After White Rice cycle done, let it Keep Warm for 30 minutes and run another cycle.
  4. Server hot!
