Ingredients

Dough from scratch (or use store-bought dough):

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sausage, cut or crumbled into small pieces
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup meatballs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup arugula

Directions

Make the dough from scratch:

  1. Add flour, water, olive oil, salt, and yeast into the bread maker.
  2. Select the “Leaven Dough” function on the bread maker and allow the cycle to complete.
  3. Once the cycle is finished, transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and divide it into equal halves.

Add the toppings:

  1. Roll out the dough to a size that fits your air fryer.
  2. Place the rolled-out dough onto the air fryer cooking pan.
  3. Evenly spread pizza sauce across the top of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Distribute sausage, grilled chicken breast, meatballs, and pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Air fry:

  1. Set the air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Air fry the pizza for 7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  3. Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer.
  4. Serve hot, topped with fresh arugula.
