Dough from scratch (or use store-bought dough):
- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sausage, cut or crumbled into small pieces
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup meatballs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup arugula
Directions
Make the dough from scratch:
- Add flour, water, olive oil, salt, and yeast into the bread maker.
- Select the “Leaven Dough” function on the bread maker and allow the cycle to complete.
- Once the cycle is finished, transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and divide it into equal halves.
Add the toppings:
- Roll out the dough to a size that fits your air fryer.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto the air fryer cooking pan.
- Evenly spread pizza sauce across the top of the dough.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute sausage, grilled chicken breast, meatballs, and pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Air fry:
- Set the air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Air fry the pizza for 7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh arugula.
