Aroma's No Bake Lemon Cheese Cake

  • 14 oz mini marshmallow
  • 8 oz cream cheese, soften
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 10.5 oz lemon curd


  1. Select WHITE RICE function, then stir in marshmallows, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and whipping cream until thoroughly melted and mixed.
  2. Add lemon curd to the mixture, then turn off your rice cooker.
  3. Scoop mixture into bake dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve chilled with cool cream and lemon slice for garnish.
