No Bake Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • pumpkin spicy and whip cream for garnish

Directions

  1. Add marshmallows  and milk into rice cooker and turn on WHITE RICE function. Stir until all marshmallows have melted.
  2. Add pumpkin and stir until even, turn off rice cooker.
  3. Pour into 4 individual dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
  4. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin spicy if desired.
